That is why we offer our Pink Elephant Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase:
- Please return it to us for a refund or replacement.
- Returns and exchanges are free and easy!
- For hygienic purposes, we are not able to provide returns or exchanges for facial coverings or underwear.
- All items labeled as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges: Contact us via e-mail regarding the item(s) that you wish to exchange. Complimentary exchanges can be requested within 60 days from date of purchase.We are only able to provide exchanges for unwashed, unworn merchandise with the original tags still attached. Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- E-mail info@pinkelephantbrands.com and let us know what item(s) you would like to exchange. We will send you a free return shipping label. Your new item(s) will be shipped at no cost to you.
Returns:
We are able to provide a refund equal to the purchase price of the item to your original form of payment, or store credit for orders placed within the previous 30 days. Returned merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached. We are not able to accept returns on items that are labeled “Final Sale.”

- Upon receipt of your return, your original form of payment will be refunded the purchase price of the item(s). Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
We are not able to provide refunds for Gift Cards, Shipping, or Gift Wrap charges.
